Through monitoring industry trends and improving production processes, our product teams are dedicated to employing renewable raw materials to develop products and provide green material solutions while maintaining their high performance.
- All edge paint products are water-based, eco-friendly, and meet international safety and environmental requirements, including REACH, RoHS, Higg and ZDHC MRSL V3.0.
- BIO-Circul®️ Series Edge Paint is developed by renewable non-food direct articles and USDA Certified Biobased Product. The bio-based contents of these products are determined by ASTM D6866 standard test method.
- Through the improvement of manufacturing processes, we have carried out a series of energy conservation measures for electricity and water. Through this, we hope to maximize the energy efficiency while ensuring production needs.
- Actively participate in sustainability organizations within industry, including bluesign® and ZDHC. Starting from the input stream, we avoid to use hazardous substances that are harmful to human beings and the environment, attempting to ultimately achieve zero discharge of hazardous chemicals. D&A Edge Polymer has successfully become bluesign® system partner which indicates that the whole production process has met the most strict standard listed on bluesign® criteria, from raw materials input to finished products. This is to eliminates harmful substances from production process.
